HOW DO I GET RID OF THESE???
They%26#039;re not bumps just little black dots....will mederma help fade these? They%26#039;re on my legs, and a little on my thighs and arms.
PLZ help me....everyone answers are appreciated but it would be nice to hear from a dermatologist....oh yeah i would go see one but my insurance don%26#039;t cover it...so im out of luck...im couting on you........

It looks like you have hyperpigmented follicles. It%26#039;s common on dark skin to have melanin deposit in hair follicles. I think you%26#039;re stuck with these, but don%26#039;t look at it as a bad thing. It%26#039;s like freckles, it makes you, you.
One other possibility is keratosis pilaris. This is a plugging of the follicle and happens on the areas you%26#039;re having trouble with. Usually, you can feel these as very small bumps, but maybe you have a mild case. OTC Lac-Hydrin 12% lotion will help reduce the appearance, but not completely.
