Dermatologist & cosmotologist !?

okay so ive been thinking lately


about what i want to be when i grow up-


i want to either be a dermatologist


or a cosmotologist .





but i want to find out a few things about both of those jobs.





what does a dermatologist do?


%26amp; what does a cosmotologist do?





which job gets paid better ?


%26amp; all that stuff !|||well a cosmotologists requires you to go to cosmotology school (hair school) which is easy and doesnt cost much and you only have to be in it for like 2 years max


dermotolists get paid more but also have to go to college then medical school for like 8 years, and dermos deal with skin, like acne, moles, stuff like that wayyy wayyy different careers,


to be a dermo you have to go through intense science classes like all chems, bio, physics just to get into medical school, oh and it costs a whole bunch too because you have to find a school that actually offers dermatology which will probably require you to go out of state...think about that out of state graduate tution for medical school you talking about 30,000-50,000 a year|||i wanna be a dermatologist too!


it%26#039;s about 12 years of school though.


4 years of regular college, that gets all your pre-med credits.


then 4 years of med school.


a year internship,


and 3 years specialization in dermatology.


also, i%26#039;ve heard dermatology is one of the hardest residencies to get into, so you%26#039;ve got to be like the best of the best.





if you%26#039;re a dermatologist you deal with skin surgeries such as removing skin cancer, moles, etc. also with acne.





dermatologist is $100k+ per year.





i%26#039;m not sure about cosmotologist though. it%26#039;s probably easier, but you probably earn less.|||dermatologist is the better job
