xoxo!!|||Acne comes from inside because your body has toxins that make the pimples and push them to the surface. You need to get a good line of acne fighting stuff. I would recommend Arbonne%26#039;s Clear Advantage Acne line. It has a cleanser, a toner, and a wash. It also has a vitamin that you take twice and day ( you have to do this or it doesn%26#039;t prevent the underground ones). Arbonne offers a 45 day money back guarantee and they can offer you a 35% discount. Click on the shop online tab to see the products. They are made of botanicals and herbs - proactiv has more chemicals. Also, proactive uses a benzoyl (spelling?) peroxide and this company uses a salicylic acid base - more expensive, but much better for your face. They also include zinc in their products and that helps with the healing time. Good luck. E-mail this lady and maybe she can help - it worked for me.|||A dermatologist will do wonders for acne %26amp; also with the scars. Check with your insurance company or your parents to find out who they can go too - you or parents should have book with list of doctors or can access thru internet or phone. With insurance you will have a co-pay $10-$25 (usually). Before going, sit down and write a list of questions you want to ask - that way you won%26#039;t forget anything when you see the doc. the doc will exam your face, back, chest, and talk with you. Thats it.... Good Luck.|||The best thing that the dermatologist will be able to do for you is evaluate your condition and determine what type of acne you have. Internal, external, allergy related or staph bacteria.

Once it is determined what condition you have, they will be able to make recommendations for your treatment.

These specialists are usually expensive for their services. It would depend on your insurance company and your coverage whether or not your insurance would help with your charges.

I would ask my regular doctor to recommend a skin specialist for me to use.
