Are there any qualified Dermatologists on tonight i can speak to about facial skin?

I have seen 3 dermatologists, none of which will help me. seems as if there all turning up for the money if you ask me. If fact my last one made my problem worse and would like some decent help please|||whats the problem, i%26#039;m a gp|||Apparently not.
