Dermatologist?!?!?!?!?

How good is acne medication from a dermatologist? Will it get rid of acne compleatley? About how much is it for the medication? How long does it work for it to take effect?|||I had great acne medication I just got it from a regular doctor. You might have to take tests before it for live and kidney function though because it%26#039;s pretty serious stuff.

It dries out your face, you often bleed from your nose and mouth if you don%26#039;t keep them moist.

It does do a good job on the acne despite the side effects.|||well i take a prescription pill and it worked wonders. i barely break out anymore. but i dont know if you can take it cuz mine was for an adrenale gland thing.|||Benzoyl Peroxide. Put on a moisturizer after so your skin doesn%26#039;t dry up.|||Hi.. here is your CURE! Acne is caused from the INSIDE of the body. It is a lack of Vitimin A.

A is essential to the break down of fats and oils in the body. This is why Acutane works, its pure A and shuts down the oil glands. Thats the risky way. Your body needs some oil- this is why people who use it need to have their blood checked weekly for organ failure.

To CURE it, take Pantothinic acid (B5) 500mg... it forces the body to produce more A. Taking Vitimin A could be toxic. This way your body makes what it needs

you MUST take 20 pills a day for 3 months, then cut down to about 4 a day... start with 12 a day for the first 3 days, then do the 20 a day (5pills 4xs a day).... there are no side effects, but you may be on the toilet for the first few days.

Ive been using it for a year and have no acne. Mine was large cysts and worse around my period. I have a girlfriend with a teenage daughter who had it so bad, all over face chest and back, within one week she looked 75% better.

Google %26quot;B5 and acne%26quot; and watch what pops up.

Ive had acne since I was 28, tried everything. This works. Dont give up, be consistant with your use, if you go more than a week without taking it you%26#039;ll notice. there are many brands, all work. However I use a Jarrow brand, cheap and works well.

Do research, read whats posted about it. Good Luck!|||Anything from a dermatologist is % 100 better and more affective than anything you can get over the counter or order from tv. Try for topical gels like Duac or Differn, or a prescription facewash like Brevoxyl. You might have to try a couple different ones before finding the one thats right for you, but stick with it, this is the best option and you will be very happy and see results short term and long term.

Note: I HIGHLY recommend staying away from pills that dermatologists might recommend, the topical gels work just as good or better, I have had horrible experience and side effects with pills.|||If you are not covered by insurance the out of pocket can be expensive. OTC products really do work, you have to use them as directed. See a dermatologist if you have severe acne. Most all teens have this curse and you won%26#039;t get rid of it overnight, it simply does not happen. The best you can do is try to keep your face oil free by washing the acne affected area (your face) several times a day.

Neutrogena has many good products. What ever you don%26#039;t do, don%26#039;t force the pus out, you may leave scars. I know this from my own experience as a teen.

Yes, I thought the day would never come when I would be acne free but it did.

All the best.
