What does a Dermatologist do?

Is there such thing as a dermatolagist just to treat cosmetic problems like wrinkles or just facial types. Are there different types of dermatologist?|||A Dermatologist is a specialist for skin problems... first you have to book an appointment... which takes awhile.. then you have to sit in the waiting room for about two hours... and once you sit down in front of him if you say %26quot;I need help with wrinkles on my face%26quot; he will be pissed, get up and walk out.. as you have just wasted his precious time... your looking for a plastic surgeon..... Dermatologists althoug skin specialists... dont want to spend time with people who want to look better. Plastic surgeons dont necessarily always operate... they do skin peels and other non-evasive treatments for wrinkles... that is who you want to see if your worried about wrinkles.|||your after a cosmetic surgeon for things like wrinkles, a dermatologist treats skin diseases, ex-ma things of that nature.|||A dermatologist treats skin diseases, skin cancer, and stuff like that.
