What happens at the dermatologist?

I have my first exam with my dermatologist tommorow..what exactly does this appointment entail? My dermatologist mentioned something about a fully body check over or something to that effect? Do i have to undress or anything?|||They%26#039;ll ask if you have acne or bumps anywhere on your body, like your chest or back, and they%26#039;ll likely want to see it. But you can usually just lift the collar of your shirt instead of stripping down completely.|||You shouldn%26#039;t have to get undressed. If the area affected is under your clothing they will have to look at it some how. If they tell you to get undressed and wear a gown I would be worried. I have had to get undressed once for psoriasis but I was never completed undressed at one time. Report Abuse
