Why are dermatologists completely incompetent and useless for helping people rid themselves of acne?

congratulations, you%26#039;re one a few that know this. they do not even try to look at the root cause of acne. %26#039;here take these pills and give me money%26#039;. its not that not all of them don%26#039;t know anything, its just the government refuses to allow them to prescribe anything else or talk about real effective eays to get rid of acne.|||They are useless for most things due to the nature of skin conditions. But how can they cure acne when there is no cure and no apparent cause? Only topical treatments?|||I know, they are idiots when it comes to other skin conditions too. Have you tried eliminating dairy from your diet? I%26#039;ve heard that helps. :)
