but i refused so he gave me tetracycline
i think that it is very irresponsible of him to prescribe a drug with so serious side effects when the case is not so severe.
what do you think?
Do birth control pills help with the acne?|||I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It%26#039;s time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!
Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:
1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn鈥檛 use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured鈥f we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don鈥檛 want us to know.
There is a great website: http://acnehomesolution.com that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.|||dont take it! i go to a dermatologist and he gave me the defferin gell to put on my face every night! and in the morning i just use any regular face wash! try it out and see! email me bak if u like my answer! luv ya byee|||birth control pills do control hormones that can cause acne but i wouldn%26#039;t recommend it i you have mild acne. Your dermatologist wouldn%26#039;t have given you anything that he thought would hurt you. if you%26#039;re still unsure i would go back to your dermatologist or try a new one.|||American Largest Online Natural Herbal Solution for Skin Care http://www.revitol.com/?aid=176821

and again and again until they disappear|||You seem very intelligent to first refuse the isotretinoin, and you are right, tetracycline should only be given as a last resort to someone on their death bed! Try this. Get some pure aspirin, not the aspirin substitutes, crush two tablets between two teaspoons, mix the powder in an ounce or two of water and wash but don%26#039;t rinse or dry the affected area with this mixture. Let it air dry. If you can find it, get some tea tree oil, (usually found in the store%26#039;s vitamin section), and add one drop to your mix. It has a slight mildew smell. The aspirin contains salicylic acid, which is very strong against acne, and the oil helps the skin absorb it.|||yes|||PRAY REALLY HARD!|||As strange and as off the wall as it may sound, you need only to buy yourself a roll of duct tape. Simply attacth the duct tape on (over) the affected areas, press it down, then gently peel it off. You will see the results right on the peeled off tape. Always wash the area immediatedly with a mind soap, I prefer (not kidding) Dawn dish washing liquid. This is serious, I have teenage daughters and it work for them.|||OH PLEASE!! All you need is clean and clear mask scrup, some toner, and some cheep acne control lotion. I have acne ( not very severe ) and that%26#039;s what I do.
All your dermatologist wants is 4 you to spend all of yor money on over th counter acne drugs that make your teeth yellow.
:)|||Birth control does help. my partner uses Pro Active and that stuff is a miracle. I couldn%26#039;t believe the results.
