I don%26#039;t know much about the work conditions of an air traffic controller. Dermatologists typically work 3-4 days/wk, gets paid couple hundred Ks or more/year. If you have your own clinic doing mainly cosmetic stuff (botox, lasers, etc), then income goes up to the 7digit range.|||no go with scientist.
